Modern, artistic block design rug featuring trees growing from the desert sand, an orange grove in the distance and a deep blue sky. The weave surface is densely woven alpaca/wool on a strong, completely hidden linen warp. Colors range from shades of warm beige to multiple shades of blue with highlights in orange and multiple blocks in shades of sea green, hemlock, hunter & deep warm brown. Color-blending of multiple strands of wool give this rug depth and variation as the colors change. This rug is reversible with the other side being in reverse blocks of color across the weft. The natural color linen edge is handed-finished in a Philippine tie style with the ends braided and knotted.
